Work came first. Then came the rules.
We build the tools that carry both.

The company. The product.

Two halves. First what the work costs today, the rules that bind it, and the ground we already stand on. Then the tool itself. Each half ends in something we would like to ask you for.

What it saves

Three things a work order stops costing.

01 · Paper
0
printed forms per work order

No form to fill in, no copy for the office, no folder to file it in. The record is born on the phone at the machine, and the customer signs it there.

02 · Time
60%
less time on the paperwork

Customer, equipment, timestamp and readings are already in place. Five steps the technician never does again, and the hour that comes back is his.

03 · Energy
15%
more electricity a neglected unit burns US DOE

Dirty filters, fouled coils, the wrong refrigerant charge. Servicing is what recovers it — about 270 MWh across a hundred units over twenty years.

The first two belong to the company that does the work. The third belongs to everyone, which is why the rules exist at all.

The rules

Uruguay signed the rules early. The record is the last piece.

1987
The Montreal Protocol phases out the gases used in cooling. The 2016 Kigali Amendment adds the HFCs in almost every unit installed today UNEP
~12%
Heating and cooling in buildings take about 12% of global energy supply, which is why those rules exist IEA
Without the branch organisations, much of this policy stays stuck on paper.
Report on HVAC&R associations and the Montreal Protocol, Latin America, July 2026

Uruguay has few national rules for HVAC servicing, so today the time saved is reason enough to adopt on its own. But the Protocol and Kigali already bind the country, and the agencies that implement them are training and certifying the technicians who handle these refrigerants. The obligation is already there. The record is what turns it into proof.

Fluency

We speak government. Fluently.

Selling to government is a discipline of its own. We work directly with public and legal bodies, and we know their rules, their formats, their policy, and how they communicate. That fluency, not the software, is the part nobody else has.

The proof: a live API with the Flemish Energy & Climate Agency (VEKA), Belgium. Certified maintenance data moves directly between the field and a national regulator.

Their rules, their formats

We build to how a regulator actually reads: the codes, the fields, the submission formats, the policy language. Compliance is the spine of the product, not a checklist bolted on later.

B2G is its own craft

Working with government is not a feature you add at the end. We have earned that trust once already, inside one of Europe's most demanding regulatory systems.

Flow

From scan to record. One flow.

Scan a QR or RFID tag on the asset. The tabs fill themselves. You sign once, the office gets the full record, each party gets its subset, and one dashboard shows it all.

System

Field. Office. In sync.

Both programs work together to bring comfort to workers and to office staff.

Office · web

Data management, equipment management, and job analytics.
Where the raw field record becomes a legible dashboard.
The layer a cleaner-production advisor would read.

Field · mobile app

Digital checklists and orders in the technician's hand.
The first step toward Industry 4.0 for any company still working on paper.
The on-ramp, not the full ERP.
What is captured in the field is governed in the office.
Office

All your records. Into KPIs.

Every signed action, aggregated across thousands of work orders, becomes a dashboard of KPIs: times, compliance, interventions per plant, per equipment, per period.

The office program offers:
  • ·Data Management
  • ·Employee Management
  • ·Job Analytics
The bridge to MRVMRV stands for Measurement, Reporting and Verification, and the same dashboard can report environmental data too.
One sealed record

Built

The framework is built. Each trade still needs its own layer.

Built once, used by every vertical
  • The tab structure a technician walks through, from customer to signature
  • Mandatory fields that will not let a job close incomplete
  • Signature and sealing, so a record cannot be edited afterwards
  • The office dashboard, and export to spreadsheet, report or API
  • Full translation across app, web and email
What a new trade adds
  • +Its measurements, and the spec range each one is judged against
  • +Its checklist, and which items are legally required
  • +The rules that apply, mapped to fields a regulator recognises

The framework is proven in Europe, on gas equipment, under a national regulator. Adding a trade means filling the middle tabs rather than rebuilding the app. That is the honest scope of the work: we are not asking anyone to fund a prototype, and we are not pretending a new trade is free. The spine is done. The trade-specific layer is what we build with each sector.

What it changes, concretely

What changes.

  1. 01
The hour back.Your technician stops writing the same job down twice. Customer, asset and readings are already there, so what is left is the work itself.
  2. 02
A record that holds.Signed at the machine and sealed, so it cannot be edited afterwards. That is the difference between a report and evidence.
  3. 03
One dashboard.Every job, every asset, every period, aggregated without anyone retyping a single field into a spreadsheet.
No new hardware, and no rebuild. Your existing assets, scanned.
The framework is built. What we add is your trade.
